An accident has happened!

I was to move in new flat tomorrow.
However, the boiler in that apartment was broken and water spread out.
It seems that it will take one week to fix it, though my temporary apartment is available until Sunday.
Next week I will go to training course in another city.
What I have to do is to pack all my belongings to my suits case again and leave it behind.
Then agency will keep the suits case until Friday when I will be back.
It really bothers me.
